Today

Last night the fan went out in the upstairs air conditioning unit. I know the thing is dragging along and on it's last leg and needs to be replaced, but we're just replacing the fan motor in the outside unit condensor coil, it will just have to drag along for a few more months. The hubby went out in the middle of the night when it was first noticed that it was hot upstairs, located the problem and repaired the problem by 5 this evening. Yes! Thank you!
